Technical data
Sensorial qualities: Bright pink mother of pearl in colour. Fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fruity with highlights of white peach, citrus peel, pomegranate and wild strawberry, accompanied by a delicate overtone of white flowers. The flavour is pleasantly fresh, velvety, well-balanced and with good acidity.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes splendidly with fresh fish hors d’oeuvres, sea food and lightly flavoured first and main courses.
